The “Me Myself and Clones” Painting System
A painting starts with a “model” and a location situation peculiar to that person’s lifestyle. In this case a friendly restaurant was chosen to reflect Rob’s ebullient personality.
The camera point of view remains fixed while dozens of images are shot in various poses to record three model positions.
The final step is to select a few images for the final composition and then make a computer composite layout like this one to use in planning the execution of the final painting.
